Behind the Pass words in collaboration with inSHAPE Fitness to provide weekly recipes for Meatless Monday. The premise is simple: Cut meat out of your diet for one day. By doing this your helping yourself by cutting back a little on your meat consumption, and you’re also helping the environment. And, lets be reasonable… that still leaves you with 6 days (that’s 18 meals) to enjoy whatever dishes you want. So, why not give it a try!
